U.S. Soldier Drowns in S. Korea Exercise

SEOUL — An American soldier fell into a river and drowned during a military exercise north of Seoul, the Army announced Saturday.
U.S. military authorities identified the victim as Spec. Frank Blea, 31, of Denver. Blea was taking part in a river-crossing assault exercise, the announcement said.
