Tax Increase: Debate Over Who Will Pay

Now that President Bush has acknowledged that the massive federal budget deficit threatens our national economy, and that a tax increase is needed to save us, I can hardly wait to hear him blame the situation on his predecessor, Ronald Reagan, in the same spirit that Reagan would point the finger at Jimmy Carter. Oh well, so much for the peace dividend.
