Casey MacKenzie has been named first vice president and director of marketing for American Savings Bank in Irvine. She will oversee marketing, advertising, corporate communications and product development for the bank. MacKenzie previously was executive vice president and a member of the policy-making Office of the Chairman for First Nationwide Bank in San Francisco. Before joining First Nationwide in 1973, she was a television news writer and consumer reporter.
