Trust Healthcare Sold to Geriatric & Medical

PHILADELPHIA — Trust Healthcare, the home health-care division of J. C. Penney’s Thrift Drugs, has been acquired by Geriatric & Medical Centers Inc., the buyer said.
Trust Healthcare, which has offices in Pittsburgh; Reading, Pa., and Blackwood and Clifton, N.J., is to become part of the buyer’s United Health Care Services division.
Terms were not disclosed.
