Ralph E. Harrison, 83, inventor of Hawaiian Punch fruit drink. Born on Bainbridge Island, Wash., Harrison moved to Fullerton, Calif., where he developed Hawaiian Punch for Pacific Citrus Products, later known as Pacific Hawaiian Products Co. He retired as vice president in 1969. Afterward, he acquired citrus property and moved to Three Rivers, Calif., where he was active in various clubs and the Republican Party. In Visalia on Friday of heart failure.
