Collins Foods International Inc.: The Los Angeles-based restaurant and fast-food concern said first-quarter net income was $7.2 million, down 8% from the same period a year ago. Revenue advanced 12% to $146.7 million. The company said profit was hurt by costs associated with the rollout of new Buffet Court & Grill installations at its Sizzler restaurants.
