WE’RE NO. 33! Rankings in the September issue of Money magazine show that while Orange County is a better place to live than most major locales, it finished behind three other Southland areas, including L.A. . . . The magazine polled readers on what they wanted most in a hometown, then analyzed 300 U.S. cities and suburbs. The county dropped 10 from last year. “Not a dramatic plunge,” says an editor. “Orange County did very well in leisure and weather.”
