Enrollment Opens for YWCA Child Care

The YWCA of the Harbor Area is now accepting enrollment for its after-school child-care program. The state-licensed program is designed to meet the needs of kindergarten and elementary children of working parents. It includes pickup at selected San Pedro schools, time and assistance with homework, games, crafts, trips and snacks. The program operates from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday during the school year. The cost is $40 a week for each child and a $40 registration fee. For information call 547-0831.
