Water Park Sues San Dimas Rival: The Wet N’ Wild water park in Orlando, Fla., filed a copyright infringement suit against Raging Waters in San Dimas for allegedly naming one of its water rides “Black Hole,” the name of a Wet N’ Wild attraction. The federal court suit sought to stop Raging Waters from using the name and any profits that Raging Waters made on the attraction. (Filed Aug. 22, 1990. Case No. 90-4529.)
