When the leaks on the budget hearings turn out to be correct--that the Republicans want to lower taxes on incomes above $50,000 and raise taxes on incomes under $50,000--I have to exercise great effort not to throw up in reciting part of the Pledge of Allegiance that says “with justice for all.”
