NATION IN BRIEF : FLORIDA : Titan 4 Problems Postpone Launch

The launching of an Air Force Titan 4 rocket carrying a classified military payload from the Kennedy Space Center, Fla., has been delayed to at least late today because of technical problems, sources said. The liftoff originally was planned for Monday, the sources said, but the flight was put off until Wednesday to give NASA a chance to launch the shuttle Columbia.
