TriCare Inc.: The Santa Ana-based occupational health-care services company reported a 51% gain in net income for the first quarter of fiscal 1991, to $548,000 from $362,000 for the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 31 was up 75%, to $8.4 million from $4.8 million. The first quarter results include the operations of an acquisition made in May.
