Unisys Suspends Dividend: Financially strapped Unisys Corp. said its board of directors voted to suspend its common stock dividend in a move that will save the company $160 million a year. By eliminating the 25-cent-a-share quarterly dividend on about 160 million shares outstanding, Unisys hopes to shore up its debt-laden balance sheet.
