Teen-Ager Arrested in Molesting Case

Police have arrested a Ventura teen-ager after the boy’s guardian reported that he molested a 3-year-old girl at her baby-sitter’s house in east Ventura, authorities said.
The 13-year-old boy, who was arrested Thursday, frequently visited the home, where a few children are in day care. The boy is being held in Juvenile Hall on suspicion of child molestation, said Officer Diane McCaskill of the Ventura Police Department.
No information has been developed regarding other possible victims, although an investigation is continuing, she said.
