‘Development Perils Wildlife, Study Says’

Donald Moe, Santa Margarita’s senior vice president, stated that the Las Flores planned-community project represents “a new generation of urban planning” that is highly sensitive to the environment (“Development Perils Wildlife, Study Says,” Oct. 7).
I assume he means the financial environment.
