But Vasily Kudlay, a tour bus driver in Yalta who’s visiting the county with a delegation of Soviet hoteliers (D5), has an unusual choice: Interstate 5. . . . “Your freeways are so good,” Kudlay says. “People are not afraid to drive fast here because your roads are so smooth, so good. I feel I can drive forever in your freeway.”
