Marine National Bank: The Santa Ana bank reported net income of $106,889 for the third quarter, down 33% from the $159,278 posted a year ago. Revenue rose 10% to $2.3 million from $2.1 million. For the nine-month period, net income fell about 20% to $430,306 from $535,436 for corresponding period in 1989. The bank attributed the decline in net income to a 173% increase in taxes for 1990. Total assets as of Sept. 30 stood at $81.3 million, down 3% from $83.8 million a year earlier.
