LAGUNA BEACH — Sophomore quarterback Rick Odoardi and junior running back Juan Garcia led Century High School to a 15-8 victory over Laguna Beach in the Pacific Coast League finale for both Friday night at Laguna Beach.
Odoardi scored the go-ahead touchdown for the Centurions on a seven-yard run with 4 minutes 30 seconds left. He also completed eight of 14 passes for 121 yards and recovered a fumble on the Centurions’ 36-yard line to put a stop to Laguna Beach’s final drive.

Senior quarterback Morgan Lanchantin and his favorite target, junior wide receiver Eric Fegraus, led the Artists (2-8, 0-5). Lanchantin completed eight of 19 passes for 129 yards. Fegraus had six receptions for 118 yards.
Senior running back Matt Guss scored the Artists’ only touchdown on a two-yard run with 49 seconds left in the third quarter.
