Lessons for ‘Teech’ Star: The star of the short-lived CBS sitcom “Teech” pleaded innocent Friday in Rockville, Md., county court to charges stemming from the Dec. 28 traffic death of a 21-year-old Maryland woman. Phill Lewis, 23, of West Hollywood is charged with drunken driving and manslaughter. His trial is set for May 4.
