Zenith National Investor Sells 155,000 Shares

A Rancho Mirage investor has reduced his stake in Zenith National Insurance Corp. in Woodland Hills to 712,298 shares of common stock, or 3.8% of the total outstanding.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, investor Daniel Schwartz said he sold 155,000 Zenith National shares for $16 each, or a total of $2.48 million, between Jan. 3 and 7.
