ALREADY? We all know you can’t start baseball season until at least after the Super Bowl. But some of the Angels, still smarting from their last-place finish in 1991, are too eager to wait. Pitchers Chuck Finley, Jim Abbott and Bryan Harvey have begun to throw in the bullpen at the Big A to get ready for 1992. . . .
