MONO WATCHER: Martha Davis has a special interest in attending today’s photo exhibit opening at the Fullerton Museum Center, which will feature spectacular scenery of Mono Lake. . . . Davis heads the environmental group which helped bring about last year’s court ruling barring diversion of water from Mono Lake, just east of Yosemite, to the Southland. Davis, who claims wildlife would have been affected, says the traveling photo exhibit has “really had quite a powerful influence.”
