Night & Day: Tom Brokaw will interview former Soviet President Mikhail S. Gorbachev on the “Today” show Monday and on “NBC Nightly News,” which will originate from Moscow that day. Later that week (Wednesday and Thursday), “Today” will originate from Cuba. . . . “Civil Wars” and “Homefront” are switching time slots on ABC. “Homefront” will be seen Wednesdays at 10 p.m. starting March 4; “Civil Wars” moves to Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on March 17.
