Ronald E. Steiner was named president and chief executive of International Electronic Research Corp., succeeding the company’s founder, Harvey Riggs, who was named chairman of the Burbank-based concern.
IERC also said its controller, Steven Winters, assumed the additional roles of treasurer and assistant secretary.
Steiner previously was executive vice president and chief operating officer of IERC, a unit of Dynamics Corp. of America that makes such products as heat-resistant enclosures for electronics used in military and commercial markets.
