Sale of Rights: Western Digital Corp., a struggling Irvine manufacturer of computer components, said Wednesday it agreed to sell the rights to several of its circuit board products to Future Domain Corp. No purchase price was disclosed. Future Domain will acquire rights to three products that Western Digital is phasing out of production. The deal is expected to close Friday.
