Network Co. Lowers Stake in Foothill Group Inc.

Network Co. Ltd., a British investment firm, said it lowered its stake in Foothill Group Inc. to 7.9% of the company’s stock from 9.6%.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Network said it sold 177,900 shares of Foothill between Jan. 20 and Feb. 20 at prices ranging from $7.125 to $8 a share. The firm said it now owns 807,100 of Foothill’s shares.
Foothill is a financial-services concern with executive offices in Agoura Hills and Los Angeles.
