The five-member board of the Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District will hold a public forum tonight to discuss local water quality and environmental issues.
The meeting, scheduled to start at 7 p.m., will be in the Baldwin Park City Council chambers, 14403 E. Pacific Ave.
