Cookies and Tea

It’s disturbing to think that a potential First Lady defending herself from Jerry Brown’s charges said, “I suppose I could have stayed home and baked cookies and had teas . . . .” It’s obvious to me that this lawyer from Yale “just doesn’t get it” by not having the foggiest idea about what it means to stay at home raising the children, which like any job has its moments, good and bad. Thanks, Jerry, for being a pest and getting the candidates or their wives to say what they really think.
