Signs of the Times: The Miss America Pageant will continue on NBC for the foreseeable future under a new multi-year agreement between the Miss America Organization and the network. The 71-year-old pageant has been on NBC since 1966. . . . Actor Gil Gerard will host Fox Broadcasting’s new reality series, “Code 3,” bowing April 11 in the 9 p.m. time slot. Fox promises “real-life footage of emergency response teams at work,” no re-creations.
