Court Upholds Defense Contract: The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia upheld a five-year, $180-million contract awarded by the U.S. Navy to Computer Sciences Corp. and Johnson Controls World Services Inc. for their joint efforts on AUTEC Range Services. The incumbent contractor, GE Government Services Inc., protested in January when the award was originally given. CSC and Johnson Controls have already begun work on the contract, which involves the development and testing of Navy anti-submarines weapons systems.
