* Maxine C. Champion has been named vice president corporate affairs for Glendale-based Nestle USA. She will oversee state and federal relations, regulatory and community affairs, foundation administration, and manage the Washington corporate affairs office.
Prior to Nestle USA, Champion was vice president of government relations in Washington for Dallas-based LTV Corp.
