Julie Cart writes that many coaches were circumspect in their answers when discussing this topic, mindful of saying the right thing.
Maybe if Jim Bush knew his opinion and photograph were going to appear in an article subtitled “Stereotypes,” he, too, would have been circumspect.
I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion, as long as it’s the right one.
