Fond of ‘Fern’: The Film Advisory Board has honored “FernGully,” Fox’s animated film about the rain forest, with its award of excellence. The organization, dedicated to recognizing quality family and children’s entertainment, has given past awards to “Beauty and the Beast,” “The Little Mermaid” and “An American Tail.”
