A man convicted in a brutal assault two years ago of a San Diego Charger nose tackle had his probation revoked and was ordered to state prison.
Brett James Dost, 22, of San Diego was ordered to prison on Wednesday by Superior Court Judge Frederic L. Link. Dost was convicted in the 1990 beating of nose tackle Joe Phillips in a parking lot brawl.
