The NFL is investigating complaints about the Dallas Cowboys’ quick signing of first-round choices, according to a newspaper report.
The Dallas Morning News reported that at least two teams complained to the league about the signings.
Any violation of NFL policy could cause the Cowboys to lose future draft picks, although there is no specific penalty under league guidelines.
