Oilers Win Mythical County Baseball Title

Huntington Beach earned four of six first-place votes to finish the season as the county’s mythical champion in the final Orange County Sportswriters’ Assn. prep baseball poll.
It marks the first time Huntington Beach has had a team finish as the county’s top-ranked team since its basketball team was No. 1 in 1968.
