** 1/2 Hank Williams Jr., “Maverick,” Capricorn. Bocephus backs off of his testosterone-laced growl long enough to do some real singing here, and that’s refreshing. Still, the music shows enough muscle to remind the Kentucky HeadHunters who country’s true King of the Thrill is, even if the songs aren’t always worth the energy he puts into them.
