Suit Names President’s Brother: A Tokyo investment company linked to the Japanese underworld has filed a $2.5-million lawsuit against Prescott S. Bush Jr., the president’s older brother, over an investment that he helped arrange in an American firm that collapsed last year. West Tsusho Co. filed the suit in federal court in New York on May 8 but it attracted public attention only Monday, when a judge ordered Bush to respond by June 25. The suit involves Bush’s role as a member of the senior advisory board of Asset Management, International Financing & Settlement Ltd.
