This book is sort of a “real estate Yellow Pages” for real estate professionals and homeowners alike. It lists the names, addresses, phone numbers and sometimes even fax numbers for more than 10,000 firms involved in the real estate business, from brokers to appraisers, escrow companies to attorneys.

The book also contains a comprehensive list of companies that provide continuing education and professional-development courses for licensees, the names and addresses of all the county’s boards of realtors and a variety of other useful information.

Editors Allum and Scarpetti are correct when they say that the book is a handy desktop reference guide and an especially good tool for people in the direct-mail business.
