* Bank of America has named Debra McGinty-Poteet a senior vice president and its manager of mutual funds. Based in Los Angeles, she is in charge of marketing, sales, service-provider relationships and administration for all of the San Francisco bank’s proprietary mutual funds.
McGinty-Poteet had been vice president of marketing and sales for Security Pacific’s mutual funds group since 1990.
