I must be seeing something, or maybe I just entered the Twilight Zone. The headline (June 16) read: “Red Line Expected to Open Early and Under Budget”!!!
Three cheers to the contractors for their fantastic efforts and planning to accomplish this almost unheard-of feat in these times!
