Memorial Service Set for C. Erwin Piper

A memorial service for retired City Administrative Officer C. Erwin Piper will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Old North Church, Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills. His family is asking that contributions be made to the School of Public Administration at USC. Piper was 84 when he died Wednesday.
