Zales Files Reorganization Plan: Zale Corp., the nation’s biggest jewelry retailer, has filed a plan to emerge from bankruptcy. It also reported an annual loss of $960 million. It calls for restructuring and consolidation of subsidiaries and an exchange of equity for creditors’ debt.
