Under the state Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, Ventura County must report each week the toxic and potentially toxic materials discharged. The discharges are investigated by the county Environmental Health Division. Pleasant Valley Road, Camarillo MATERIAL: Unknown quantity of natural gas DATE: July 14 LOCATION: 2400 Pleasant Valley Road, Oxnard MATERIAL: 500 gallons of waste water DATE: July 17 LOCATION: California 126 and Todd Barranca, Santa Paula MATERIAL: 100 gallons of diesel fuel DATE: July 20 LOCATION: 3380 Oak Hills Drive, Oak Park MATERIAL: Unknown quantity of natural gas
