BOSS QUAYLE? Orange County GOP Chairman Thomas A. Fuentes, right, is one Bush loyalist tired of all the Dan Quayle-bashing, especially from within the party. Fuentes is unabashedly a fan of the vice president. . . . “Dan is our man on the ticket with George Bush,” Fuentes says. “And he’s also going to be our next president in four years!” . . . . Fuentes’ only disagreement seems to be the choice of hot and humid Houston for the Republican Party’s convention next month.
