U.N. Inspection of Iraqi Records

An intransigent head of state willfully denies the legitimate requests of appropriate authorities to provide documents about Iraq’s ability to manufacture weapons of mass destruction and how it acquired them.
The solution: President Bush should voluntarily turn over to Congress the records it’s requesting about his Administration’s arms trafficking with the Iraqis prior to their invasion of Kuwait.
