Career Mothers

What me worry? Yes, Susan Estrich (“Clinton Must Not Forget the Women of Summer,” Opinion, July 26), you might be right. Stay-at-home mothers probably do worry more about money than working mothers do, while at the same time working mothers worry about their kids when they’re away from them.
As a career mother, I’d rather do with less and go without and stay home than work and cross my fingers hoping that my kids turn out all right. True, some mothers have to work, but many don’t and kids just can’t raise themselves.
