* Roger E. Seaver has been named president and chief executive officer of Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, effective next Tuesday.
He has been the hospital’s executive vice president and chief operating officer since 1983.
He will replace William D. Parente, who will become executive vice president of UniHealth America, a regional health care system with which Glendale Memorial is affiliated.
