GOP and Democrats Trade Charges

The Republicans call Bill Clinton “the failed governor of a small state.”
Could the fate of Arkansas have anything to do with the fact that, during the Bush Administration, the nation’s average economic growth has been the lowest since the Depression? Or perhaps that 3 million more Americans are out of work now than were in 1989? Maybe it relates to the fact that personal income has grown more slowly during the last few years than at any time since the Depression.
I may not be real sure about Bill Clinton’s record, but it will be a cold day in Houston before I vote to reelect the failed President of a large country.
