Castle Rock Secures $100-Million Credit Facility: Castle Rock Entertainment, the production company behind the hit NBC comedy series “Seinfeld” and recent movie “Honeymoon in Vegas,” said it secured a $100-million revolving credit facility from a consortium of banks led by Chemical Bank. The company said the funds will be used to finance film and TV production activities. Participating banks include Chemical Bank, Societe Generale, Credit Lyonais, De National Investeringsbank, ING Bank, Union Bank and Imperial Bank.
